
Alekos Vuskovic (1982) is an audiovisual composer, music producer, multi-instrumentalist, and researcher.
He studied composition with maestros Guillermo Rifo and Toly Ramírez at the Escuela Moderna, and later completed a master’s degree in Composing for Film at the Conservatory of Amsterdam under the guidance of renowned Dutch composer Jurre Haanstra.
Since 2007, he has composed and produced music for television, film, documentaries, theater, and advertising in Chile, as well as in the Netherlands, Brazil, Argentina, Finland, and the United States.
He has won the prestigious Pulsar Music Award on three occasions: in 2017 as a music producer with Kuervos del Sur for their album El Vuelo del Pillán; in 2019 as a researcher for the book La música del Nuevo Cine Chileno, co-written with Claudio Guerrero; and most recently in 2025, in the category Best Composer for Audiovisual Works, for his music in the documentary El Viaje de Seth.
